Great Lakes Tackle Shop will glady refund your order (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are returned in their original packaging and show no signs of use. Simply mail the items you wish to return back to our main location via USPS. We recommend you use delivery confirmation from the USPS to verify that the return was received in our office. Great Lakes Tackle Shop is not responsible for items not received by our office.
